About Me

I spent nearly a decade in people-facing roles—customer service, sales, leadership, and recruiting—before moving into UX. That experience shapes how I design today: grounded in real people and real workflows.

Today, I’m a product-minded UX designer focused on bringing clarity to complex systems.
I specialize in research, embedding discovery and validation into the product lifecycle and using insights to drive better decisions—not just better interfaces.

I work closely with product and engineering to define problems, navigate tradeoffs, and deliver solutions that are both intuitive and scalable.

At Capital Rx, I’ve owned and enhanced high-impact modules within Judi®, a cloud-native health platform.
These modules support core operations and are frequently used in client demos, meaning my work directly influences both user outcomes and business growth.

Alongside feature ownership, I’ve helped scale research across teams—leading discovery, running usability studies, mentoring designers, and contributing to more consistent, system-driven decision making.

I’ve also contributed to design systems, accessibility, and process improvements—focused on reducing ambiguity and improving how teams work together.

Outside of work, I recharge through travel and fast-paced cities—you’ll usually find me at an airport or exploring a new coffee shop somewhere.
