About Me

After spending nearly a decade in people-facing roles ranging from customer service, direct sales, leadership as well as recruiting. I’m passionate about complex problem-solving and creating impactful digital experiences with people in mind. My superpower is building relationships and understanding the jobs that need to be accomplished in order to enhance and generally iterate on any user experience across mobile and web platforms.

I’m a leader by nature, and my background in process improvement has provided me the tools to push my teammates to think outside of the box. Having served as a mentor both in and out of my UX/UI roles, I find myself being constantly reintroduced to what made me fall in love with the field in the first place.

I’ve been fortunate enough to collaborate with many dynamic teams on projects ranging from mobile design, end-to-end web solutions, design system contribution, accessibility audits and I really enjoy working closely with my developers and product teams to capture business needs and scope during refinement sessions.

Working most recently with Capital Rx, a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) combining Judi®, a cloud-native enterprise health platform unifying all pharmacy operations – from claims adjudication, data integration, prior authorization, etc. In my first year with the team, I have taken ownership of, maintained, and enhanced multiple high-traffic features and modules. I've also served as a research leader and mentor, conducted training sessions on research methodologies, and contributed to our design system as well as best practices and standards for designers.

I also have a major passion for traveling! I thrive in fast-paced cities, so don’t be surprised to catch me at an airport or in some amazing coffee shops around the world.
